Responsibilities

• Work with Sales personnel to provide technical support and develop proof of concept applications
• Manage the technical relationship with customers and partners
• Develop and lead training presentations
• Collect feedback from the community, users and customers
• Provide architectural and advisory consulting for key accounts to ensure successful implementations

Desired Skills & Experience

• Seven plus (7+) years in software development experience with recent hands on Java
• Experience in presenting to and engaging business users
• Expertise in distributed caching, scalability and highly available systems
• Strong technical skills in Spring, Hibernate and JEE
• Comfortable with Linux, Solaris, Unix and Windows
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills (TCP/IP, Multicast, JVM Garbage Collection)
• Passionate about speaking and writing about high scale systems
• Excellent communication skills
